AI Enablement Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. The posting also references Ohio, United States.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus a possible annual bonus and benefits depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Support the technical rollout of enterprise AI tools, including onboarding, integrations, access issues, and adoption problems.
• Build proof of concepts with pilot teams and demonstrate new AI-enabled approaches to business workflows.
• Embed with business teams to understand workflows, identify opportunities for AI-driven redesign, and help transition solutions into everyday use.
• Identify and enable connectors and other integrations, then turn successful work into reusable prompt libraries, skills, plugins, workflow templates, integration recipes, and reference builds.
• Partner with cybersecurity, legal, data ethics, training, and the AI Enablement team on rollout, governance, best practices, and training.
• Evaluate new AI tools, guide cost-efficient use of models and prompts, and transfer knowledge so teams can extend solutions independently.

Requirements

• Expert-level practical experience with enterprise AI tools such as M365 Copilot and Claude, including the ability to use and teach advanced applications.
• Engineering experience with the ability to prototype, script, and build integrations independently.
• A product mindset focused on reusable, self-service solutions rather than one-off implementations.
• Ability to work closely with business teams to understand workflows and generalize solutions beyond a single engagement.
• Strong proof-of-concept instincts and the ability to deliver working solutions quickly without premature over-engineering.
• Curiosity and adaptability when evaluating and adopting new AI tools and capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for guiding non-technical business teams through workflow redesign.
• Authorization to work for any employer within the United States.
