What you will do
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Investigate and resolve invoice holds, vendor inquiries, and purchase order discrepancies in partnership with Purchasing and Receiving.
- Set up new vendors, including W-9 and banking verification, and maintain vendor master records and supporting documentation.
- Process check, ACH, and wire payment runs.
- Support year-end audits with accounts payable documentation.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within an international team.
