What you will do

• Support the Invest product team throughout the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Gather market data, identify trends, and analyze competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Document requirements, maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track roadmap initiatives.
• Review API documentation and endpoints, analyze product and technical issues, and connect backend capabilities with customer experience and product requirements.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect product performance metrics and help prepare leadership reports, user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Comfort reviewing API documentation, understanding API endpoints and available data, and relating backend capabilities to customer experience and product requirements.
• Ability to analyze product and technical issues and support user acceptance testing.
• Ability to contribute to product documentation, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening, is required.
• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements through E-Verify.
