Director, Product (FinTech)

What you will do

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision across discovery, onboarding, and ongoing user adoption.
• Drive product-market fit, identify expansion opportunities, and align product roadmaps with business objectives.
• Oversee full-cycle product management and collaborate with engineering, design, writing, growth, marketing, client experience, and sales teams to launch features.
• Use UX/CX research, solution design, and client feedback to address complex customer pain points.
• Establish quarterly product initiatives, OKRs, and performance metrics to measure and optimize outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain Product Managers while engaging enterprise clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience delivering complex software, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading, coaching, and growing Product Managers in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Deep expertise in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Data Systems, including full-cycle product development.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, setting OKRs, and managing product lifecycles from ideation through scale.
• Strong technical fluency, including architecture discussions, evaluation of technical trade-offs, and complex integration challenges.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with UX/CX research, product design principles, and modern solution design frameworks.
• Proven success scaling B2B enterprise SaaS or API-first data platforms.
• Experience with agile or lean growth methodologies in rapidly scaling technology companies.
