Product Operations Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States — on-site at the headquarters.

Annual salary: $94,000–$107,250, plus equity and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage critical crypto and fiat transfers involving billions of dollars for major financial institutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design workflows and systems that scale new products.
• Investigate customer issues, analyze data trends, and implement operational improvements.
• Develop expertise in blockchain, stablecoins, and enterprise crypto operations.
• Handle unexpected operational issues while maintaining a reliable customer experience.
• Rotate through projects to explore different career paths and areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• Approximately 0–2 years of professional experience and availability to work from the New York City office.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects.
• Curiosity about how money moves through digital financial systems.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in developing toward future leadership and exploring different career paths within fintech.
• Backgrounds in finance, consulting, technology, operations, or other fields are welcome.
