IT Demand Manager

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; full-time onsite role. Work from home may be arranged individually, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU, when office presence is not required.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process across the assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, including reviewing requests, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining portfolio data in Jira.
• Organize demand review meetings, prepare decision materials, document outcomes, and follow up on actions.
• Create dashboards, KPI reports, and demand pipeline insights to improve portfolio transparency and identify trends, bottlenecks, and planning risks.
• Improve workflows, templates, tooling, and governance standards to build an efficient and scalable demand management framework.
• Collaborate with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project and Delivery Managers, delivery teams, and QA teams without owning business priorities or solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• Experience with Jira or comparable portfolio management tools.
• Understanding of how governance processes support effective planning and delivery.
• Ability to structure complex processes, challenge incomplete requests constructively, and guide stakeholders through governance.
• Collaborative approach across business and IT, with motivation to improve processes rather than own business priorities or technical solutions.
