PeopleSoft Solutions Developer (PeopleSoft)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Implement business requirements in collaboration with functional consultants.
• Develop solutions using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches while applying clean-customization principles.
• Ensure custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Work authorization in the United States; eligible applicants include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates.
• New H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with SQR, BI Publisher, SQL, the PeopleSoft data model, PeopleSoft data structures, upgrades, patches, and Approval Workflow Engine.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Fluid UI development.
• Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for PeopleSoft integrations.
