Enterprise Systems Senior Technical Developer (Dynamics CRM)

Location: Hybrid, Dallas, Texas, United States.

Salary: $105,400–$115,900 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, associated sales tools, and enterprise integrations.
• Plan and deliver Dynamics CRM enhancements, integration changes, system upgrades, and small technology projects with minimal disruption.
• Develop scripts, workflow automations, reports, dashboards, and application extensions using JavaScript, C#, Power Apps, iPaaS, and related technologies.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT processes, event-driven workflows, and scripting or programming languages.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and end users to define solutions, manage support, communicate risks, and present findings and demos.
• Maintain technical documentation, monitor and triage support requests, and serve as a subject matter expert and systems owner for key platforms.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of application development experience as an MS Dynamics CE CRM developer or analyst.
• Experience administering, configuring, customizing, or extending Dynamics CRM or a comparable enterprise CRM platform.
• Experience designing, building, troubleshooting, or supporting enterprise application integrations, ideally with Workato or a comparable iPaaS system.
• Experience with workflow automation, scripting, data mapping, error handling, custom development, SaaS implementations, integrations, upgrades, and release management.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Python, iPaaS, APIs, automation technologies, and other sales and marketing systems such as Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and HubSpot.
• Experience creating technical solution, architecture, configuration, testing, and implementation documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting application defects, system failures, integration issues, and user support requests.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, communicate decisions and project information clearly, build trusted relationships, learn new systems, solve problems creatively, and adapt to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, plus a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or comparable experience.
