Senior Manager, HRBP (Marketing & Creative)

Location: United States; active in-office work with the New York City team, with travel to Needham, Massachusetts as needed, up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing leaders as an HR advisor and support NYC team members with benefits, payroll, training, and other HR topics.
• Manage employee records and the full hiring experience, including requisitions, interview panels, offer letters, and new hire orientations.
• Build organizational design models, workforce planning approaches, change management plans, and transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver training and development programs for NYC and Boston team members, including leadership development.
• Advise senior leaders and partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards Centers of Excellence.
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, HR metrics analysis, and AI-enabled HR work using Claude and other tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
• Fluency with Claude or other AI tools, or the ability to learn and apply them quickly to HR work.
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working; a growth mindset; and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage tactical and strategic work and execute critical priorities quickly.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to actively participate in the NYC team and work collaboratively in the office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or HR certification.
