Company

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for North American insurance agencies and brokerages, combining insurance process expertise, proprietary models, and technical capabilities to automate workflows.

What you will do

  • Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Implementation, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to understand workflows, bottlenecks, handoffs, and information needs, then redesign processes with functional leaders.
  • Experiment with foundation models, agent infrastructure, and AI development tools; evaluate quality, reliability, speed, cost, and data requirements against real workflows.
  • Own the roadmap for the internal AI platform and company-wide adoption, making build, buy, reuse, and stop decisions while balancing business, technical, security, and AI-maturity requirements.
  • Build and validate prototypes and pilot workflows using models, agents, APIs, automation, and AI development tools, then partner with Engineering to move validated solutions into dependable production use.
  • Define evaluation criteria, human review points, failure handling, monitoring, permissions, data privacy, integration quality, and production ownership; create reusable capabilities for tools, knowledge, context, access, evaluation, and execution monitoring.
  • Lead adoption and change management through functional champions, training, hackathons, office hours, rollout support, and measurement of adoption, time saved, cycle time, quality, errors, and operating cost.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally including internal products, platforms, or developer and employee tooling, with ownership from discovery through sustained use.
  • Systems thinking across processes, information flows, tools, incentives, and human decisions, including recognizing when improving one task moves the bottleneck elsewhere.
  • Sustained hands-on use of AI and experimentation with new foundation models, agent frameworks, and development tools; ability to explain learnings, changes as capabilities evolved, and remaining limitations.
  • Practical experience building and deploying AI workflows that people use, including explaining how they work, where they fail, how they are evaluated, and their business impact.
  • Technical fluency with model selection, context and retrieval, tool use, agent orchestration, APIs, evaluation, and access controls; ability to build and debug prototypes and make architecture and build-versus-buy decisions with engineers. Daily production coding is not required.
  • Strong product judgment in distinguishing useful recurring problems from demonstrations, simplifying processes before automating them, and deciding when broader redesign is justified.
  • Track record of scaling adoption and changing how people work, including helping teams build skills and take ownership of new workflows.
  • Analytical discipline and comfort measuring value against a baseline, including human effort required to review and correct outputs.
  • Ability to align functional leaders, collaborate with technical teams, and explain new ways of working to colleagues with different levels of AI experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS operations, CRM and support systems, or internal knowledge tools.
  • Experience building a network of functional champions.
  • Experience taking an automation from one team’s experiment to a capability used across a company.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflows.

Culture & Benefits

  • Customer-centered, AI-first environment with emphasis on urgency, curiosity, execution excellence, ownership, and simplicity.
  • Fast-moving team with real ownership, direct access to leadership, and opportunity to shape the company’s next chapter.
  • Employee stock options granted based on experience level and subject to a standard vesting schedule.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including a $500 Lifestyle Spending Account.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Parental leave top-ups of six months for birthing parents and eight weeks for non-birthing parents, up to a $100,000 annual salary.

Hiring process

  • AI tools may support administrative work, resume analysis, and interview note-taking, but AI is never the decision maker.
  • Every hiring decision is made by people.
