Group Product Management Manager

Location: Remote Canada; candidates must reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan. The role is remote-first, with occasional in-person work possible and an in-person onboarding experience for new hires.

Base pay: CAD 209,000–269,000 per year. Total compensation may also include equity rewards, monthly health, wellness and technology stipends, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a portfolio of zero-to-one products and platforms.
• Research customers, merchants, partners, market trends, and technology shifts to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through MVP definition, launch, iteration, and scaling.
• Design and iterate on UI/UX prototypes using AI tools, write customer-facing product copy, and analyze customer behavior and funnels.
• Own experimentation end to end, including hypotheses, test design, success metrics, analysis, and iteration.
• Coordinate engineering, design, data, risk, capital, operations, revenue, legal, and compliance stakeholders while advising the CEO and executive team.

Requirements

• Approximately 8–10+ years of product management experience with a strong record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing or platform products.
• End-to-end ownership of technical software products and the ability to articulate business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority, including coordination across multiple groups.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for prototyping, design, content, and analysis, with the judgment to evaluate and refine their output.
• Ability to work directly without dedicated design, analytics, or content partners.
• Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, organizational discipline, interpersonal skills, judgment in ambiguous environments, and commercial instincts.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution, influence engineering teams outside the reporting line, write specifications, analyze edge cases, and maintain ownership of outcomes.
• Bias toward action, high quality standards, timely delivery, and motivation to build honest, transparent financial products.

• Founder or early-stage startup experience, including identifying opportunities, building from scratch, testing quickly, and owning outcomes.
