Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist (Power Platform)

Location: Germany; hybrid, with 1–2 days per week on site. City is open. Project language: German and English.

Salary: €480–€520 per day. Contract duration: 12 months. Capacity: 100%. Start: 01.01.2027.

What you will do

• Configure, customize, extend, and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with surrounding systems using Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide second- and third-level support, analyze incidents, and ensure system stability.
• Coordinate between business departments, IT, and external partners; document solutions, train key users, and contribute to release and change management.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Good understanding of business processes in sales, customer service, or finance.
• Experience in requirements analysis and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Power Platform certifications.
• Development experience with C#/.NET, plug-ins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe.
• Background in IT services or consulting.
