Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Tampere, or Turku, Finland. Applicants must have a valid right to work in Finland.

What you will do

• Interview users and facilitate requirements workshops to map current processes, target processes, pain points, and expected benefits.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised implementation backlogs with customer product and process owners.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including processes, data models, forms, views, security roles, and automations.
• Assess when standard functionality and low-code tools are sufficient and when development or integrations are required.
• Define customer data quality rules, CRM and ERP responsibilities, and migration rules for accounts, sales opportunities, and quotations.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, feedback collection, and continuous development, including practical AI use cases with Copilot, platform agents, and Copilot Studio.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in functional consulting, requirements definition, or business application development in a Microsoft environment.
• Expertise in at least one Dynamics 365 CE area: Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
• Understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Ability to listen, facilitate, challenge constructively, explain complex needs clearly, and work from the end-user perspective.
• Systematic and responsible working style and experience in agile collaboration.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Curiosity and a practical mindset for understanding Dynamics 365 Copilot capabilities, platform agents, and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to define AI use cases by specifying users, objectives, required information, permitted actions, and success criteria while respecting access rights, feature availability, licensing, and approved data environments.
• Valid right to work in Finland.

• Deeper expertise in sales, customer service, or field service processes.
• Experience using AI tools to prepare requirements, test cases, and training materials.
