Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and extend custom customer engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementations, including Dynamics 365 Sales customizations, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows.
• Build integrations, data migration scripts, security models, and automation using Azure services and APIs.
• Write and maintain Power Fx, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and Dataverse plugin code.
• Participate in technical design workshops, documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with consultants, architects, stakeholders, and project managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales customization and extensibility.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Power Fx.
• Understanding of integration approaches, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus, and data migration tools such as KingswaySoft and Data Migration Utility.
• Experience with security role configuration, managed and unmanaged solution management, ALM, Power Platform DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience across the full development lifecycle, from technical design through deployment and support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or MB-600.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or multi-country implementations.
