Developer – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Tampere, or Turku, Finland. A valid right to work in Finland is required.

What you will do

• Implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform extensions for sales, customer service, and field service solutions, choosing between standard functionality, low-code implementation, and custom code.
• Develop Dataverse solutions, model-driven applications, automations, and user interface components using plugins, APIs, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build and monitor CRM, ERP, and other system integrations with Azure services and APIs, including data ownership, validation, error handling, and monitoring.
• Participate in migration implementation and rehearsals, ensuring repeatable data loads, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Connect Copilot Studio or platform agents to business functions while maintaining access rights, approvals, traceability, and business rules.
• Handle testing, version control, solution packages, environments, and deployment pipelines for maintainable, high-performing solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on programmatic development experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Dataverse and an understanding of the Power Platform solution model.
• Skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and API integrations, with a strong area of expertise and motivation to broaden technical skills.
• Understanding of the Dataverse data model, security and access rights, extension mechanisms, version control, testing, and controlled deployment.
• Solution-oriented and collaborative approach, with the ability to discuss implementation choices from a business perspective.
• Professional communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Ability to work from clear requirements and acceptance criteria, review generated code and other changes, and remain responsible for their quality.
• Ability to define permitted agent actions and test failure scenarios while considering feature availability, licensing, and maintainability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate, PCF components, Azure DevOps, or GitHub deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service processes.
• Interest in using Dynamics 365 Copilot capabilities, agents, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot or another approved development-support tool.
