NHI Offer Manager (Aerospace)

hirify.global Helicopters develops and manufactures helicopters and operates the NH90 European programme.

What you will do

• Lead and manage offer preparation for helicopter acquisitions, major upgrades, and support-and-service campaigns from strategy meetings through final validation and customer submission.
• Lead the offer project and coordinate the offer team, including NHI partner companies.
• Coordinate technical aspects such as Statements of Work and commercial aspects including pricing, risks, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare offer packages and support offer negotiations.
• Contribute to improvement actions within the NH90 Business Department.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Engineering or aerospace background with a complementary economics or business-school degree, or a business-school background with technical or aerospace knowledge.
• Process-oriented approach.
• Fluent French and English.
• Ability to connect and coordinate teams, agility, customer orientation, and commitment to delivery.
• The position requires security clearance.
