What you will do

• Expand talent pipelines for positions across three countries.
• Coordinate the first stages of recruitment and improve quality of hires, time to hire, and cost to hire.
• Maintain candidate databases in an applicant tracking system.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, social media, and professional networks.
• Write recruiting emails and identify qualified profiles using Boolean search.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create recruiting policies supporting business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Fresh graduate or internship experience in a related field.
• Strong networking, written and oral communication, organization, prioritization, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Confident, self-motivated, flexible, and proactive approach.
