Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time at Georgetown-82 Main Street, Georgetown, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities across the organization.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in line with the values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
