Director, CenterWell Technology Solution Implementation (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year; eligible for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations for panel management, clinical quality and HEDIS, risk adjustment, suspecting, provider insights, population health workflows, clinical decision support, and care gap management.
• Develop data integration services, ingestion frameworks, analytics platform support, data products, reporting infrastructure, and applications supporting business intelligence.
• Lead data operations, production support, data quality and integration monitoring, incident management, deployment support, operational readiness, governance execution, and service reliability.
• Establish shared platforms, reusable services, standardized data products, and self-service capabilities that reduce technology bottlenecks and enable independent delivery across Primary Care Technology.
• Build and lead teams of software, data, analytics, and platform engineers, data operations specialists, and site reliability and support engineers.
• Partner with clinical, quality, risk adjustment, population health, care management, data and analytics, product, operations, architecture, and enterprise technology stakeholders to translate objectives into measurable clinical, operational, and financial impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations.
• Experience leading both software engineering and data engineering teams.
• Experience with healthcare technology, population health, quality programs, risk adjustment, or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and analytics ecosystems.
• Proven experience building scalable platform capabilities used by multiple product and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success improving operational reliability and engineering effectiveness.
• Ability to build reusable capabilities, reduce organizational friction, simplify complexity, and create platforms that enable teams to innovate independently using shared standards and trusted data foundations.
