Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week at the office in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the company’s scope for a fixed-fee Salesforce patient scheduling and notification solution for a national specialty infusion clinic network.
• Act as the primary delivery contact and second-tier escalation point while allocating work with the Solution Architect and client Scrum Master.
• Monitor offshore team velocity, throughput, capacity, dependencies, and spillover to maintain sprint commitments.
• Own change control by assessing, documenting, pricing, raising, and defending requirements outside the signed baseline.
• Run daily, bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly governance activities, including standups, planning, demos, status and RAID reviews, steering committees, and hypercare reviews.
• Plan deployment, cutover, rollback, go-live readiness, SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, four weeks of hypercare, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and project closure using Gearset and GitHub.

Requirements

• 8+ years of delivery or program management experience, including 4+ Salesforce implementations led end to end.
• Demonstrable experience with fixed-price, milestone-based engagements, including real examples of raising and defending change requests.
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams across a significant time zone gap.
• Salesforce Field Service or Scheduler delivery experience in an existing customized organization, not a greenfield implementation.
• Regulated-industry delivery experience involving PII or PHI in healthcare, life sciences, or financial services.
• Comfort operating when the client owns the Scrum Master, BA, and QA functions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification plus PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or CSM certification.

Nice to have

• Canadian healthcare privacy experience with PHIPA, PIPEDA, and the Privacy Impact Assessment process.
• Bilingual English/French delivery experience, including Quebec stakeholder engagement.
• Gearset experience.
• French language capability.
