Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Automotive Auction)

Location: Dallas, TX - Headquarters; onsite role. U.S. applicants and employees are subject to the E-Verify program.

What you will do

• Lead and develop team members and team leads through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent feedback.
• Oversee daily workflows, staffing coverage, collection activities, escalations, and performance across Seller Accounts Receivable teams serving Insurance, CDS, and BluCar.
• Provide hands-on guidance on AR processes, systems, and complex account issues, including escalation resolution and seller outreach.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve account issues, address operational risks, and improve business processes.
• Monitor AR aging, overdue balances, performance trends, collection risks, staffing needs, and operational results; communicate recommendations to the Seller AR Manager.
• Reinforce procedures, controls, service expectations, accurate reporting, continuous improvement, and practical automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including strong knowledge of collections and AR operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to coach and develop employees, manage performance, and lead daily operations across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Experience in insurance, fleet, lending, or automotive auction environments.
• Experience collaborating across departments to resolve operational issues and improve business processes.
