Mgr I - Accounts Receivable

What you will do

• Establish and implement procedures for invoicing, cash application, collections, billing, and customer account reconciliation.
• Manage billing and collection policies, communicate performance concerns to upper management, and improve cash flow and receivables.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, staffing levels, forecasting activities, performance goals, and adherence to internal procedures.
• Review and submit UKG payroll entries, supervise month-end close procedures, and prepare related reports.
• Review client billing guidelines, coach direct reports, and coordinate accounting-system updates with IT.
• Hire, manage, coach, train, evaluate, and develop direct reports while collaborating with Logistics, Corporate Operations, and other internal partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience may be considered.
• Math skills sufficient to perform the required duties.
• Time management, planning, organizational, multitasking, analytical, judgment, strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, coaching, delegation, and change-management abilities.
