What you will do

• Identify high-leverage business problems within an assigned business unit, including P&L lines, operational bottlenecks, and customer pain points.
• Build and ship working AI solutions on Piccasso, prototyping quickly and transforming operational workflows and legacy systems.
• Encode business-unit knowledge into structured skills and context files that AI agents and new hires can use autonomously.
• Drive adoption by demonstrating working solutions to skeptical stakeholders.
• Use data, usage, and logs to change positions, including publishing unfavorable results.
• Deliver measurable before-and-after outcomes while maintaining momentum under resistance and ambiguity.

Requirements

• Domain fluency in at least one of finance, operations, customer support, or engineering.
• Current, hands-on daily use of AI tools and agents in a production or business context, including live agents, automations, or skills libraries.
• Ability to work across disciplines and build practical tooling; 1–3 years of software development or programming experience with the ability to build, test, and implement solutions.
• 3+ years of operational experience improving business processes, driving execution, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated personal experience transforming a process, department, or product with measurable before-and-after results.
• Experience operating across business, technology, and people disciplines rather than exclusively within one functional area.
• Track record of shipping early-stage functional solutions and iterating based on feedback.
• Ability to work autonomously within an operating business unit with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative or technical field.
• Strong written communication, high learning velocity, comfort operating under ambiguity, and evidence-driven decision-making.
