MS D365 F&O Logistics Consultant Senior

What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, and continuously improve supply chain processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for procurement and sourcing, inventory management, and related supply chain functionality.
• Review integrator solutions, validate functional requirements, maintain supply-scope documentation, and participate in UAT and SIT.
• Analyze process improvement opportunities involving automation, inventory optimization, trade compliance, import/export rules, and supplier standards.
• Provide second-level support for AX 2012 and D365, manage incidents and change requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support supply users, training, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Supply Chain modules.
• Ability to challenge external partners and align solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business teams, and external partners.
• Fluent English and French.
