D365 F&O Senior Production Consultant

Location: Remote with 25–50% travel required; US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.

Base compensation: $81,980.50–$172,324.25 annually, with percentile points of $81,980.50 (25th), $127,152.38 (50th), and $172,324.25 (75th).

What you will do

• Work in 4–6-person implementation teams on enterprise ERP projects.
• Implement and configure D365 F&O around client business processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical project members to deliver implementations successfully and on time.
• Drive requirements, analysis, design, and testing for supply chain workflows.
• Advise clients on supply chain and warehouse management concepts, including purchasing, sales, inventory, transportation, trade and logistics, projects, project accounting, and production.
• Use Lifecycle Services, DevOps, and standard tools; mentor newer consultants on implementation processes and solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP, supply chain, and warehouse management implementation experience, including 2+ years implementing D365 F&O or AX.
• At least 4 full-lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, sales, and inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse management/WMS, transportation management, projects and project accounting, trade and logistics, or production.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, accounting, finance, business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• US citizenship or Green Card Holder status.
• Availability for 25–50% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with other enterprise ERP software.
• D365 F&O or AX 2012 R3 Trade & Logistics certification.
• Additional supply chain or manufacturing certification, such as CSCP or CPIM.
• Strong experience in production and planning.
• Previous consultancy experience.
