Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (ERP)

Salary: £75,000–£80,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and Dynamics NAV migrations.
• Own solution design, requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis.
• Provide functional expertise across Business Central Finance, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, multi-currency, and consolidation.
• Support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs, and Warehousing areas.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live delivery.
• Work with finance, operations, IT stakeholders, and AL developers while managing delivery risks, solution quality, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle implementations and managing project delivery, testing, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong functional expertise across Business Central Finance.
• Experience in at least one additional area: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs, or Warehousing.
• Experience with workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration, and AL development.
• Knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency, or consolidation environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MB-800 certification.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of AL development, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Business Central SaaS implementations and NAV migrations.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner.
