SAP Principal Application Consultant / Project Manager

Location: Remote, Sweden. Service region: Nordics.

What you will do

• Lead SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, consulting engagements, and cloud transformation projects.
• Own project delivery, governance, scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risk management, resource coordination, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams while facilitating workshops, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, process standardization, business transformation, and SAP best practices.
• Provide senior functional guidance across SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management, including alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design.
• Support account development, proposals, estimations, statements of work, pre-sales, SAP Cloud business growth, and coaching of consultants and project team members.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Extensive hands-on SAP Logistics experience, including several of SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, planning, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting, deliver measurable business value, and work in international and multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations.
