Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own a core product domain, including product strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Define requirements and work with internal stakeholders and external partners on APIs, integrations, and system constraints.
• Engage customers and prospects to understand workflows, validate solutions, and support enterprise conversations.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly product experiences.
• Define and ship AI-powered and agent-based capabilities while monitoring technical reliability and business metrics.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience in a product-centric company.
• Experience in fintech or complex B2B systems, or the ability to ramp up quickly in these areas.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with or presenting to enterprise customers.
• Strong product sense and UX intuition, especially for complex workflows.
• Curiosity and adaptability when working with AI-driven product development and agent-based systems.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and prioritization.
• Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, independence, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
