Senior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium. The role includes temporary assignments abroad, including France and The Netherlands.

What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients.
• Structure intelligent data, perform data analysis, and conduct benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas and help clients use related opportunities.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France and The Netherlands.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available.
