Senior UGC Manager

Location: Fully remote; listed countries include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Work from anywhere with required overlap during EST business hours.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UGC campaign execution for key accounts, from creator sourcing through final delivery.
• Identify, vet, secure, and communicate with creators based on campaign needs and brand fit.
• Ensure creators deliver accurate, on-brief content on schedule, resolving issues and coordinating with project managers.
• Manage and support UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks and stepping in when needed.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date internal systems.
• Oversee creator payments and agreements for accuracy and completion.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience owning UGC or influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UGC best practices and creator content.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, quick to adapt to new tools and platforms, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability to work during EST business hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Airtable, Frame.io, Mailshake, and Smartlead.
• Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.
