Operations Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets.
• Manage stakeholders, priorities, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables while communicating progress to senior leadership.
• Drive change management, process optimization, best-practice implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, and/or PDCA.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries and working with multicultural teams.
• Proven experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project planning tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
