Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through execution, aligning delivery with program and enterprise goals.
• Drive collaboration across business domains and technologies, engaging stakeholders to support successful execution.
• Translate business strategy into project plans and manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
• Drive system and process simplification, standardization, automation readiness, and customer-centric outcomes.
• Monitor project performance through cycle time, quality, customer experience, and financial impact KPIs.
• Guide teams, promote accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
• Proven success leading projects, especially within larger programs.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish is required for this Mexico City-based role.
