Mid-Level Customer Relations Specialist (Aerospace)

Salary: $61,800–$94,750 per year

hirify.global designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including fuselages, pylons, nacelles, and wing components, using composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

What you will do

• Represent the company to internal and external customers and provide a customer service experience.
• Manage customer orders from placement through delivery, returns, and other issues throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to secure product needs for customers.
• Use production and inventory systems to manage customer sales orders and suppliers.
• Coordinate with contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing.
• Handle multiple priorities, escalations, and customer issues under pressure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with SAP, quoting, high-visibility escalation paths, and manufacturing or processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective escalation skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and prioritize customers.
• Work is limited to commercial and unclassified military areas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with supply chain and/or logistics.
• Previous customer service experience in aircraft or other manufacturing.
