Aftermarket Program Administrator (Aerospace)

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina, United States; onsite work at Aircraft Reconfig Technologies

What you will do

• Manage aftermarket customer inquiries and the shared customer care inbox as the primary customer contact.
• Develop and issue quotations using historical pricing, supplier inputs, and internal coordination.
• Coordinate with engineering and external repair providers to validate scope, pricing, and certifications.
• Convert purchase orders into sales orders, enter orders in the ERP system, and track fulfillment through shipment.
• Communicate order status, lead times, and issues to customers while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and production.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, follow up on outstanding invoices and payments, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing order-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit and work effectively at computer terminals for extended periods and work the assigned schedule with minimal absences.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of aerospace aftermarket, MRO, or customer support experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Background in pricing analysis or technical sales support.
