Lead Developer with Managerial Responsibilities (AX - Sales Creation)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with up to 2 days working from home.

What you will do

• Define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, coding practices, and technical guidelines with tech leads, architects, product owners, developers, QAs, SREs, and solution architects.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, DevOps practices, and QA practices.
• Choose technologies and deliver high-performance, scalable solutions aligned with user experience and business requirements.
• Coordinate development work with product owners, designers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development team, balance workload and priorities, provide feedback, and support successful project delivery.
• Mentor developers, facilitate team rituals and 1:1 meetings, and participate in HR cycles, skill matrix evaluations, and OKR definition and assessment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a lead developer or in a similar role with newly expanded managerial responsibilities.
• Strong software development expertise with a solid understanding of DevOps and QA practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, developer mentoring, project management, prioritization, and resource allocation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture, development standards, and coding practices.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, and web services.
• Strong experience with databases, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating AI agents.
• Practical experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including understanding of agent orchestration, memory, RAG, and workflow automation.

• Experience with React.
