Full Stack Developer (Node.js/React/Next.js)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications from concept through production.
• Build scalable web applications with Node.js, React, and Next.js, including RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL data solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, code reviews, engineering standards, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, QA, and other cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps initiatives, cloud deployments, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, modern DevOps practices, source control systems, and agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and test-driven development practices, plus experience using AI-powered development tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience building custom software products from the ground up.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
