Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, including real-time analytics dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Develop Go-based backend microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven services.
• Design and optimize relational and analytical data stores, advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, indexing strategies, and reporting engines.
• Build modular micro-frontend architectures and independently deployable UI components using Vue.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Own core system components, technical planning, architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Debug, profile, and optimize SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed services while ensuring scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills, including complex joins, subqueries, EXPLAIN-based execution plan analysis, indexing, normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js, Vue 3, and Composition API.
• Experience designing or working with micro-frontend architectures such as Module Federation, single-spa, or component isolation.
• Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
• Ability to solve problems and lead technical initiatives independently.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with remote or U.S.-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Working knowledge of PHP for legacy service integration or migration.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, gRPC, Kafka, or NATS.
