Internship - Supply Planner Assistant M/F/X (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid, full-time internship based in Annecy, France; remote work possible after the first month.

Compensation: €950 gross for a Master's degree; €300 housing assistance is available upon presentation of a lease agreement within 50 km of the head office and monthly receipts.

What you will do

• Support monthly production planning and operational follow-up for the Footwear Supply Planning team.
• Collaborate with the team in Asia to monitor production status and follow execution with internal stakeholders and manufacturing partners.
• Perform master data checks, maintain planning parameters, and identify and resolve planning data inconsistencies.
• Assist with reporting and dashboard updates, including reporting automation and dashboard development.
• Document planning processes and best practices and support initiatives that simplify planning activities, improve efficiency, and optimize supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an engineering or business school, with a specialization in supply chain.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems.
• Interest in operations and supply chain planning.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate analyses clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English at minimum C1 level.
• French at professional level.
• For applicants from outside the EU: a valid residence permit or visa authorising a school-sanctioned internship in France must be held as of the start date.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of databases or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
