Art Shipping Coordinator (French & English)

Location: Hybrid role based in Paris / Le Bourget, Île-de-France, France; office attendance is expected, with remote work available up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Manage customer requests, prepare quotes, and use the pricing algorithm.
• Coordinate shipments end to end, from booking through final delivery.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Develop customer relationships and maintain hirify.global's service standards.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on operational issues, including white-glove handlers and airlines.
• Suggest operational improvements and collaborate with the tech team on current and future platforms and products.

Requirements

• Initial experience in freight forwarding.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and preparing customer quotes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, discipline, and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Positive, curious, self-motivated, hands-on, adaptable, and able to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Comfort working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.
