Art Shipping Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Paris / Le Bourget, Île-de-France, France; hybrid workplace with up to 3 remote days per week and office work in Le Bourget.

What you will do

• Manage customer requests, prepare quotes, and use the pricing algorithm.
• Coordinate shipments end to end, from customer interaction and booking through final delivery.
• Track shipments and proactively update customers on progress.
• Build customer relationships and maintain hirify.global’s responsiveness and service level.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to resolve operational issues, including booking white-glove handlers and airlines.
• Suggest operational improvements and collaborate with the tech team on current and future platforms and products.

Requirements

• First experience in freight forwarding and a desire to develop customer-care skills.
• Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and handling customer quotes.
• Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, discipline in daily planning, and the ability to manage a large quantity of information over time.
• Positive, curious, self-motivated, hands-on, and able to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
• Willingness to work in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.
