Associate, Product Management (UX/UI)

What you will do

• Design user-centered interfaces, visual assets, process flows, user journeys, interaction models, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes for digital applications.
• Translate product and business requirements into polished visual designs while applying existing design systems and brand guidelines.
• Define research and user-testing protocols, conduct research and usability testing, and use findings to inform product and design decisions.
• Create and maintain design system documentation, styles, standards, and library updates.
• Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops, communicate design decisions through storytelling, and build stakeholder alignment.
• Coach team members on UX and UI design practices and contribute to improving internal design processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design, User Experience or Graphic Design, Computer Science, UX or Interaction Design, or a related field, plus one year of experience in the offered role or a related UX Designer role; or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields plus three years of relevant experience.
• One year of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or three years with a Bachelor’s degree conceptualizing UX designs for complex user journeys.
• Experience using Figma to create and deliver high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Experience with UI design and visual composition, including typography, spacing, placement, hierarchy, and consistent affordances that improve usability.
• Experience conducting upfront research and usability tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations.
• Experience creating personas, user journeys, and service blueprints.
• Experience designing for Financial Services and other data-intensive products, including B2B, B2C, and internal experiences.
• Experience creating surveys and using quantitative data to understand user behavior and system performance and inform design decisions.
• Experience producing detailed research reports from qualitative and quantitative data and using storytelling to justify design decisions and gain stakeholder alignment.
