AI Agent Designer

Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio; other locations include Atlanta, Georgia and Denver, Colorado, United States.

What you will do

• Contribute to UX strategy by aligning user needs, customer data, analytics, personas, journeys, scenarios, and product priorities with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing, audience and task analysis, interviews, field observations, card sorting, focus groups, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs.
• Analyze research findings and create actionable recommendations for project stakeholders.
• Define navigation, information structure, hierarchy, user stories, scenarios, process flows, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams.
• Facilitate participatory design, design evaluation, and brainstorming sessions; create wireframes, prototypes, simulations, storyboards, visual designs, patterns, and style guides.
• Advocate for users and ensure designs follow web accessibility guidelines across devices, channels, browsers, and operating systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Relevant experience or education in Interaction Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to independently research and design user experience solutions.
• Experience with industry research, card sorting, survey, usability testing, prototyping, and design tools.
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, responsive design, multiple browser and operating-system platforms, and web accessibility compliance.

Nice to have

• Education in Psychology, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Graphic or Visual Design, Human Factors, Library Science, English, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience independently researching and designing UX solutions within the financial industry.
• CUA certification.
• Experience with OptimalSort, Morae, Camtasia, WebEx Recording, Balsamiq, Axure, OmniGraffle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
