Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote or from one of the company's offices; working schedule is 10:00–19:00 CET or 11:00–20:00 CET, with approximately 4 hours of overlap with US Central Time.

What you will do

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce and Certinia PSA solutions using Apex, LWC, Permission Sets, and Custom Objects.
• Design, build, and support REST API integrations connecting Salesforce, Certinia, Microsoft Azure, and other enterprise systems, including non-MuleSoft environments.
• Participate in architecture design, prepare technical specifications, estimate effort, and identify technical risks.
• Independently debug complex production issues and write database queries for investigation.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with distributed US and Canada Agile teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application development experience, including 3+ years of Salesforce development.
• Hands-on Certinia PSA experience, including a deep understanding of its architecture, lifecycle, and data model.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning/LWC, Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience with REST API integrations, complex integration flows, and writing database queries.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, code review, and mentoring capabilities.
• Availability for a shifted schedule: 10:00–19:00 CET or 11:00–20:00 CET, with approximately 4 hours of overlap with US Central Time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Certinia CPQ and Salesforce CRM functionality.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-instance Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
• Development background in Java or .NET.
• Experience with the Agile SAFe framework and Salesforce performance tuning.
• Official Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
