Staff Salesforce Engineer

Location: Remote-first from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems through REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, Process Builder automations, and Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to scalable solution architecture while collaborating with product, UX, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues, following Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Drive architectural discussions, raise engineering standards, coordinate with partner engineering groups, and support external consultancies.

Requirements

• Experience developing on Salesforce with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Experience integrating systems through REST/SOAP APIs and working with queue systems such as SQS or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps using SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, and Metadata API.
• Technical English for reading and writing, plus fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English for code, documentation, tools, reference materials, and communication with international partners and coworkers.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or other languages supporting integrations.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
