Senior Salesforce Developer – Technical Architect (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs, data models, system architectures, and sharing models.
• Lead hands-on development with Apex classes, triggers, controllers, Async Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and build secure, high-performance REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with external platforms, electronic health records, and internal systems.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize governor-limit usage and bulk-load performance while maintaining platform security and HIPAA-aligned healthcare compliance.
• Maintain architecture and integration documentation and manage releases using Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and deployment practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of deep technical experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and the Salesforce programmatic framework.
• Experience engineering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, including patient care workflows, medical data structures, and regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Strong architectural capabilities covering complex data modeling, Salesforce platform boundaries, governor limits, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex code, asynchronous processing, and integration failures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and business leadership.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or certifications within the System Architect track.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
