TL;DR
Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer (Salesforce Service Cloud/Apex/LWC): Owning enterprise Salesforce environments and developing modular automation and integrations with an accent on Service Cloud, platform operations, and maintainable architecture. Focus on incident management, release and access governance, CI/CD, automated testing, complex automation refactoring, and Salesforce integrations.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer ☁️
🎯 Requirements:
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce development for the combined engineer profile
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and working knowledge of Sales Cloud
• Expertise in Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience owning production Salesforce environments, including incident management, releases, access governance, and platform health
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Experience refactoring complex automation and designing modular, maintainable solutions
• Understanding of integration patterns, including REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware
• Practical experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or equivalent
• For the combined role, hands-on Salesforce administration experience is essential
• Fluent English is a must
✈️ Important: The first few weeks require on-site onboarding in Reykjavík, Iceland.
