Salesforce Developer

What you will do

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Support Salesforce integrations with other business systems, ensuring reliable data flow, data quality, and consistent processes across the go-to-market technology stack.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and contribute to Salesforce administration, optimization, security, and performance.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce platform solutions; experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment is preferred.
• Strong Salesforce development skills with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data, including REST/SOAP APIs, data models, data migration, and integration with other business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to understand complex business processes, diagnose technical issues, and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment, manage multiple priorities, document work, and continuously improve the Salesforce platform and its organizational use.
