AI Fluency: Program Manager

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work policy with flexible in-office days

Salary: $125,000–$300,000 base pay annually, with potential discretionary bonus and additional benefits

What you will do

• Design curricula spanning multiple skill levels and learning modalities for AI fluency.
• Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Measure learning outcomes and improve educational approaches.
• Engage teams across the organization to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI augmentation.
• Design and execute incremental AI adoption strategies for stakeholders.
• Inventory knowledge repositories, design classification and access methodologies, and work with knowledge holders to capture tacit expertise.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience required, including 5–10 years driving technology adoption, organizational change, or technical program management at scale.
• BS or equivalent work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
• Experience designing and delivering technical education or training programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, greenfield environments.
