What you will do

• Analyze and validate requirements, define test strategies and approaches, and prepare test estimates.
• Define and execute test strategies and scripts, maintaining requirements traceability.
• Record and monitor issues accurately and review test environments and processes to maintain quality standards.
• Provide QA support to development scrum teams and support automated testing to guide development.
• Introduce new testing processes and techniques and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience supporting team success and motivating others.
• Strong experience with iterative or incremental software delivery and working in fast-paced environments to strict deadlines.
• Strong background in software integration and system testing, including automated testing.
• Experience using HP QC and defining test strategies or test approaches.
• Flexibility, independence, and self-motivation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification.
• Active SC Clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience testing ERP software, particularly Oracle E-Business Suite.
