What you will do

• Build distributed storage, public and private cloud environments, and infrastructure used across engineering teams.
• Ensure the reliability of mission-critical products and systems, including the main trading system.
• Build environments and tools for testing and deploying quantitative strategies and models.
• Build and maintain low-latency, high-performance infrastructure and systems for trade execution.
• Build and scale infrastructure that ingests data from more than 10,000 sources daily.
• Partner with Corporate teams to develop tools, systems, and products that improve organizational productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Ruby, Perl, or other languages targeting the JVM.
• Experience with large-scale systems.
• Exceptional programming skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for building quality software.
• Critical thinking and passion for technology; prior financial experience is not required.
