What you will do

• Build distributed storage infrastructure and public and private cloud environments used across engineering teams.
• Ensure the reliability of mission-critical products and systems, including the main trading system.
• Build environments and tools for testing and deploying quantitative strategies and models.
• Develop and maintain low-latency, high-performance infrastructure for trade execution.
• Build and scale data-ingestion infrastructure processing data from more than 10,000 sources daily.
• Partner with Corporate teams to develop tools, systems, and products that improve organizational productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Experience with Java, C, C++, Python, Ruby, Perl, or another language targeting the JVM.
• Experience with large-scale systems.
• Exceptional programming skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for building quality software.
• Critical thinking and passion for technology; financial experience is not required.
